The new lore of physics

The Architects’ Journal has published a building study on the Institute of Physics (IOP) in its issue dedicated to the workplace.

The feature commends TateHindle’s ‘radical reworking of a 19th century terrace in London’s King’s Cross… to create a more outward-looking and contemporary headquarters for the venerable Institute of Physics’.

The in-depth study explores the new home for IOP’s staff, members and wider community and looks at how the building design supports the institute’s ambition to showcase physics, sustainability and innovation.
