British Land's flexible office workspace brand, Storey

The Grade 2 listed building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, to provide personalised working environments for British Land’s flexible office-space company, Storey.

TateHindle aimed to restore this building by enhancing the best of its character, addressing its functional issues and enhancing the Storey brand through bespoke interior design. A characterful and fresh material palette was selected to enrich this stylish Art Deco building’s existing features and history.

Storey caters to ‘scale up’ businesses, as well as providing additional space to larger businesses or existing occupiers for expansion or project teams. It has quickly become an important part of British Land's campus offer, enabling them to attract a broader range of businesses, particularly technology and media, which make up more than 70% of occupiers.
